The HOA Board of Directors has implemented changes to the Architectural Review process, essentially eliminating Cedar Management Group from the process and fully utilizing our Architectural Review Committee (ARC). While the Architectural Review process can take up to 45 days, the goal of this updated process is to streamline procedures in hopes of providing our homeowners with the most efficient and effective turnaround time possible.
In order for your project to be reviewed by ARC, please complete the application and submit the requested documentation along with the application to WestFarmARC@gmail.com. Please see the links included and placed separately below for more information on West Farm’s ARC Process and for the ARC Request Form.
Please note, ARC makes every effort to approve requests in a timely manner, but the process could take up to 45 days to provide a determination. The timeline for the 45 day period begins once the application has been fully submitted. As a reminder, projects cannot begin until ARC has provided written approval for your project, which may be through email. Please plan accordingly.
